If we didn’t fight hard enough for women’s rights back in the day now we have to do it all over again. Women are being treated like lower level life forms because of the gender they were born. Many men are sexist trying to say and prove that women will never be as good as they are. Then they get mad when faced with a Gender Discrimination Lawsuit.

Women are undermined and not taken seriously not only at home but at work. Husbands and bosses are always looking down upon them because they are presumed to be a weaker form of humans because of what gender they are. After fighting for equal women’s rights for years they have gotten nowhere based on society’s incompetence.

To discriminate is to look down upon and it’s unethical to say that one person is any better of more apt to do a task than someone of the opposite sex is. To make themselves look better they always have to make someone else feel worse. No matter how much someone may prove their worth they will be shut down and degraded by someone who is infringing on their constitutional rights.

But this can go both ways some women feel that a man shouldn’t stay at home because of requirements they need to fill. Its unfair and unjust to make a person feels unworthy because of who they are and how they were born. If they had a choice it may be different but they didn’t.

Although our constitution says we are all equal society doesn’t seem to believe the same. Women have a long history of being discriminated against since the dawn of time men have always been the hunters, while the women stayed at home with the children. No matter how unjust it seems that is how it’s always been. Maybe these lawsuits are the only thing that can change the world’s outlook on the female population.

To accuse a person of being less worthy is not only wrong but prejudice. People are people, some bad some good. That doesn’t give you the right to decide on your own what and how the deserve to treated.

The world looks at a gender discrimination lawsuit just like any other prejudice case brought up. When women are being treated unfairly the government makes it a point to either step in and help or completely ride it off like it’s no big deal. When in fact many women are the bases and strong points in a company.
